SIEHE Group has successfully delivered its first customized high-performance adhesive production line to a leading European building materials company. The modular, intelligent line meets the client's specific material and process requirements, and will significantly enhance both product consistency and production efficiency.

The client has over 20 years in the European building materials market, runs multiple automated lines, and maintains a leading global position in the high-end segment. This new line is designed to enhance precision and automation for products like epoxy putty, meeting rising demand for high-quality, finely managed production.
The delivered adhesive production line features the following core technological highlights:
Fully Automatic Batching System
Powders are fed through a combined small/ton‑bag unpacking station, with an aperture valve is installed to control the unloading speed. Materials are vacuum‑conveyed to storage, then transferred via screw conveyor from 2500L to 500L metering bins. Frequency converters enable precise feeding, supported by tracking compensation. The liquid batching system supports multiple material types: resins are conveyed via tipping station and screw pump; low‑viscosity liquids are dosed steadily by diaphragm pumps with dampeners; additives are accurately batched using diaphragm pumps and weighing bins.
Mixing & Extrusion System
Equipped with the Double Planetary Mixer featuring precision‑cast, CNC‑machined twisted blades for high‑strength, high‑precision mixing of viscous materials. Integrated vacuum system reaches 10 mbar. After mixing, the tank moves via rail to the extrusion station, where a Three-pole Hydraulic Extruder provides adjustable high pressure for viscous materials.
Filling System
Empty drums are manually placed on a powered rail, automatically separated, and positioned under dual filling heads. Mettler Toledo weighing modules ensure precise filling by weight. Filled drums are auto‑transferred for sample‑adding and re‑weighing, then proceed to automatic capping before storage in the finished product area.
To ensure efficient and stable production line operation, SIEHE provides integrated lifecycle services from installation and commissioning to training support. After delivery, experienced engineers will conduct on-site installation guidance and precise commissioning to ensure optimal parameter configuration across all stages.
The success of this cooperation fully showcases SIEHE's technological advancement and solution reliability in the high-performance materials sector, further demonstrating its competitive strength in the global high-end equipment market.
