The rotor structure is specially designed, its quantity, volume and installation position are designed according to fluid mechanics to achieve the maximum specific grinding energy, improve the grinding efficiency, and grind the materials down to nanometer level. The minimum fineness can reach less than 50nm measured by the Malvern Laser Particle Tester.

It is widely used in metal-sensitive slurry such as lithium iron phosphate battery cathode materials, nano-silicon powder, carbon nanotubes, nano-calcium carbonate and other materials. The driving dispersing device can be turbine type, impeller type and pin type. The grinding medium with best movement path to improve the grinding efficiency greatly; The length/diameter ratio of the grinding chamber is carefully designed, the energy distribution in the grinding chamber is reasonable, and the energy consumption is low. Vertical Ribbon Vacuum Dryer is a multi-function mixer combines mixing, reaction and drying. It is widely used in industries of food, adhesive, lithium battery, etc. The mixer is equipped with heating jacket, and its main shaft and ribbons can be also with heating function (to improve drying efficiency furthermore). Its main shaft is with mechanical seal to achieve high vacuum sealing effect. Connecting to the vacuum system, it can realize efficient drying (the drying efficiency is 3-5 times than that of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer with same specification); In front of the vacuum system, it is equipped with a dust collector, a condensation recycle device, a solid-gas separation device, etc., in order to reduce the loss of raw materials and environmental pollution as much as possible. The whole system can be designed with PLC intelligent control (such as temperature, vacuum degree, speed, etc.), and with signal interface to realize remote control.

Vacuum Feeder from SIEHE SMART is newly developed product based on introduced counterparts in market at both home and abroad. It is the most advanced, ideal, improved vacuum feed for powder, granule and mixture of powder and granule in China. Its working principle is as following: Vacuum Feeder consists of vacuum pump (oil-free, water-free), vacuum hopper, filter (polyester film filters, PE filter, 316L stainless steel filter or titanium metal filter etc are in options), compressed air reverse blow device, pneumatic materials-discharge gate device, level automatic control device, stainless steel materials suction nozzle, delivery hose and other components. When working, vacuum pump generates negative pressure which generates vacuum airflow. Material are sucked into the suction mouth and form gas-and-materials stream. The stream goes to the hopper of the Vacuum Feeder through the materials suction pipeline. And the filter separates the materials from the air completely. When materials fill up the hopper, the controller will cut off the air source automatically, the vacuum generator stop working, the hopper outlet valve will open automatically and materials fall into the hopper of the machine.
