It is widely used in metal-sensitive slurry such as lithium iron phosphate battery cathode materials, nano-silicon powder, carbon nanotubes, nano-calcium carbonate and other materials. The driving dispersing device can be turbine type, impeller type and pin type. The grinding medium with best movement path to improve the grinding efficiency greatly; The length/diameter ratio of the grinding chamber is carefully designed, the energy distribution in the grinding chamber is reasonable, and the energy consumption is low. The material of the grinding chamber can be silicon carbide, which makes the machine wear resistance and also ensures cooling effect; Use φ 0.2mm-1.2mm yttrium stabilized zirconium beads (95% zirconium content). The machine is featured in excellent grinding fineness, generally can grind materials down to below 5 microns, and some can reach sub-micron or even nano level. The sealing structure adopts double-end mechanical seal equipped with self-lubricating system. The sealing liquid shall be compatible with the material. With German mechanical seal technology, perfluorinated sealing ring, it can withstand multiple solvents. The mechanical seal is with good reliability and durability;
