Description

Vertical Ribbon Vacuum Dryer is a multi-function mixer combines mixing, reaction and drying. It is widely used in industries of food, adhesive, lithium battery, etc. The mixer is equipped with heating jacket, and its main shaft and ribbons can be also with heating function (to improve drying efficiency furthermore). Its main shaft is with mechanical seal to achieve high vacuum sealing effect. Connecting to the vacuum system, it can realize efficient drying (the drying efficiency is 3-5 times than that of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer with same specification); In front of the vacuum system, it is equipped with a dust collector, a condensation recycle device, a solid-gas separation device, etc., in order to reduce the loss of raw materials and environmental pollution as much as possible. The whole system can be designed with PLC intelligent control (such as temperature, vacuum degree, speed, etc.), and with signal interface to realize remote control.

  • Various Methods of Temperature Control
    The normal heating method is circulation hot oil / hot water / steam heating, one another method is to install electric heating bars inside the jacket for direct heating. When adopting circulation heating, a unit of heating source can be worked together with several sets of drying mixer.

    Generally, circulating hot oil/hot water/steam for heating, or installing electric heating rod in the jacket directly for direct heating. If adopt circulation heating, then several drying mixers can share with one heating source system.

  • Vacuum Auxiliary Drying System
    To improve the performance of drying mixer, normally vacuuming the mixer while heating the mixer for drying to decrease the liquid volatile temperature and liquid content in the air. It normally can save 40% of drying time. Vacuum pump normally adopts -0.06~-0.08MPa model. In order to reduce the amount of dust drawn out of the mixer during vacuuming, a cloth bag is mounted on the top of mixer (with anti-blow device) to reduce the powder loss. In addition, condensation recycle filtration device is in option to recycle liquid raw materials.

  • Reliable Driving Device
    Different driving devices in various capacity, power and output speed are in option according to the characteristics of materials, starting methods and mixing methods.
    Driving motor uses international top brands such SIEMENS, ABB, SEW and etc. Output torque can be output by direct-combination, chain-wheel combination, hydraulic couplers and so on.
    Reducers uses K series spiral cone gear reducer (or H series gear box reducer) featured of high usage coefficient, large rated torque, high transmission efficiency, safe, long service life, low operation noise, low risk of failure, easy maintenance, etc.

Construction materials: SS304, SS316L, SS321, or other high hardness alloy agitators;

Agitator: ribbon type (optional: ribbon with round hole design or main shaft & ribbon with heating);

Vacuum degree: -0.06~-0.09MPa;

Heating temperature: 50-400℃ (outmost layer with thermal insulation and decoration layer).
