MOFA Slurry Production Equipment, a high-performance on-line high-speed slurry making system, specially developed by SIEHE SMART for the powder and liquid dispersion and homogenization in the battery production process with years of experience in the industry of slurry making equipment. The maximum flow rate of this system can reach 80m³/h, the maximum powder feeding speed can reach 26m³/h, the maximum solid content ratio can reach 80%, and the maximum slurry viscosity can reach 100,000 mPa.s. Its core equipment is TDS High Speed Disperser, and its working principle is: the specially designed high speed dispersing module generates a strong vacuum during high speed rotation, sucks the powders into the working chamber, and quickly disperses them into the flowing liquid. It has the characteristics of suitable for materials with high viscosity, high dispersion efficiency, and good homogenization effect. And by re-circulating the materials, the homogenization effect can be improved!
