SIEHE Group Successfully Concluded CHINACOAT 2025!

On November 27, the globally anticipated China International Coatings Exhibition (CHINACOAT 2025) successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a leading player in high-end industrial intelligent equipment, SIEHE Group showcased its state-of-the-art solutions in efficient automated production and smart manufacturing upgrades, driving high-quality growth in the coatings and fine chemicals sectors.

CHINACOAT, one of the world's largest and most influential coatings events, gathered leading global chemical companies including Henkel, BYK-Chemie, WACKER, Arkema, Nouryon, and Tronox. This year's edition set a record with an exhibition area exceeding 105,100 square meters, attracting over 1,465 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions, serving as a key platform for collaborative innovation and efficient cooperation in the global coatings industry.

At the exhibition, SIEHE showcased its core products, including Automatic Coating Production Line, Automatic Adhesive Complete Production Line, Adhesive/Sealant Production System, Vacuum Homogenizing and Emulsifying Unit, Continuous Dispersing Emulsifier, and Hydraulic Lifting Basket Mill. Live demonstrations featured equipment such as 500L Dual Planetary Dispersing Mixer, 1000L Reciprocating Vacuum Disperser with Scraper, 2500L Vertical Ribbon Vacuum Dryer, Lab Multi-functional Machine, and Lab Double Planetary Mixer, highlighting SIEHE’s commitment to providing one-stop coating solutions from R&D to mass production.

Among these, the Automatic Coating Production Line integrates key stages—from raw material storage and dosing to online dispersion, mixing, filtration, filling, and solvent recovery—enabling fully automated and digital management from feeding to discharge, significantly improving production efficiency and batch consistency. The Automatic Adhesive Complete Production Line, designed for high-viscosity materials, covers automatic dosing, mixing, material pressing, cleaning, and movable vessel systems, handling viscosities up to 10,000 Pa.s to meet diverse complex process demands. The Vacuum Homogenizing and Emulsifying Unit serves as a versatile, high-efficiency solution for next-generation cream and paste products, integrating functions such as vacuum feeding, deagglomeration, homogenization, mixing, heating/cooling, vacuum defoaming, and CIP/SIP cleaning. Its sanitary design complies with GMP standards.

Throughout the exhibition, SIEHE’s booth remained consistently crowded with continuous negotiations. Notable industry clients, including BASF, Jotun, AkzoNobel, and Laticrete, gathered at the booth, creating a dynamic atmosphere. SIEHE’s sales engineers were fully present at the stand, providing one-to-one technical consultations and tailoring efficient solutions based on each client’s specific needs.
