How to improve the battery capacity density and safety performance, and how to reduce the battery production cost have become the goals of the entire industry. At present, the mainstream of the market is planetary mixer slurry making. If it is a small batch slurry production, the planetary mixer has very high applicability, but if it is a large batch, online dispersion slurry production is an ideal production equipment. It has been fully verified by the market in the production of low viscosity battery slurry. The uniformity of the finished slurry is better than that produced by planetary mixer, while the investment cost (equipment, site, energy consumption) is far lower than that for planetary mixer slurry production. Intelligent high speed slurry production system with high automatization from SIEHE SMART is based on MOFA slurry production equipment, together with the powder raw materials batching system, liquid raw materials ( including additives) batching system, conveying system, post-processing system (including cooling, filtration, iron removal, de-foaming) and finished products storage system. The system line includes following process parameter control: Temperature control, pressure detection, flow control, viscosity control etc. With a touch screen to achieve visual production to reduce the labor cost, improve product quality.     The high-speed dispersing module is with specially designed two layer rotor structure, which can effectively empty the slurry in the chamber and generate a strong vacuum, so as to realize on-line making slurry with high viscosity and high solid content. Currently, in the market, the on-line slurry making equipment from our counterpeers is only suitable for slurry with low and mid viscosity. In comparison, our MOFA Slurry Production equipment has obvious advantages.
