Recently, SIEHE Group has entered into a cooperation agreement with a globally leading solid-state battery material enterprise to supply a set of core production equipment for its kiloton-scale production line. This collaboration marks a major breakthrough for SIEHE Group in the field of key material preparation for solid-state batteries. Its self-developed solid-state battery material production line is now capable of handling large-scale orders and is officially open to the global market.
As the core equipment supplier for this project, SIEHE Group provides a core unit that integrates key processes including mixing, reaction, and vacuum drying, efficiently enabling material synthesis and drying treatment. It ensures batch consistency, overcomes the limitations of conventional equipment, and meets the requirements of large-scale solid-state battery material production.
The customer set stringent technical requirements for the equipment in terms of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sealing performance, vacuum level, drying efficiency, and material purity. Leveraging years of technical expertise and R&D experience, SIEHE Group assembled a dedicated research team to conduct in-depth technical development. Through multiple rounds of structural optimization and process validation, the company has successfully achieved a new technological breakthrough, fully satisfying the demanding process requirements in material production and providing a reliable guarantee for the stable preparation of key materials for solid-state batteries.
The global industrialization of solid-state batteries is accelerating, positioning them as a core arena for next-generation power batteries. China has accelerated policy support for all-solid-state battery technology, while major industry players are ramping up capacity deployment, with pilot lines entering operation or achieving phased breakthroughs, marking the sector's shift from R&D validation to mass-production readiness. As a leading Chinese provider of high-end industrial smart manufacturing equipment, SIEHE Group will seize this strategic opportunity to actively engage across the entire process—from GWh-scale line construction to large-scale application by 2030—working closely with the industry chain to overcome technical challenges and drive industrial advancement.
Moving forward, SIEHE Group will continue strengthening its core technologies and work with global partners to advance the industrialization of solid-state batteries.
